The Insurance Broker must register on the system and confirm the GIT Electronically. There is no registration fee payable for the Insurance Brokers. After completion of the registration process, the broker will receive a username and a temporary password. The broker can then log into the system and do the online confirmation of the GIT which will be valid for 4 months. The system will automatically remind the Broker every 4 months to update the confirmation. If the contractor cancels his policy it is the duty of the Broker to cancel the policy on the system.
