Goods In Transit Insurance Confirmation Form...
This confirmation form needs to be completed by your insurance broker and send to the address specified on the form. It is vital to ensure that this form is completed every 4 months. Our customers can then be assured that confirmation was received of the goods in transit insurance of our contractors. It is required that the insurance broker of every contractor completes signs and stamps the form. The original must then be posted via registered mail to our offices - No.9 7th Avenue, Edenvale.
